Extended Opening Hours are available on Monday evening strictly for patients who have access problems during normal surgery times. Our current extended opening hours are displayed in Reception and on our current Practice Information Sheet.

If you need advice from Medicentre, Asthon-in-Makerfield after surgery hours, i.e. between 6.30 pm – 8 am weekdays, weekends or Bank Holidays, an “Out of Hours” service is available. If you telephone the surgery out of hours, a recorded message will inform you where to telephone for help.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
